Through the State Online Business Registration service, it is now possible to register a company or become an individual entrepreneur in one working day.
A legal entity in the form of an LLC can be registered within this period if a standard charter and a decision on the creation of an LLC prepared in the service are used.
At the same time, the sole founder is the head of the company being created. Additional documents do not need to be attached.
For an individual entrepreneur to register, it is enough to send an application and a scan of the passport.
In both cases, prepared documents should be signed with a qualified electronic signature. If it is not there, then you should get it at any certification center from the list published on the website of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development.
The results of consideration of the submitted documents will be sent to the applicant by e-mail specified by him. This information will also be available on the service page when you enter your profile.
